A new data-logger has been launched

that can monitor the pasteurisation and sterilisation of food in real time. The EBI 10 from German company Ebro Electronic allows the operator to watch the action live on the monitor and to immediately stop a potentially faulty process.

The water-tight EBI 10 has a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and a pressure range from one to 3,500mbar. Its memory capacity allows recording of up to eight hours, with measuring intervals of one second.
