Omega in the mix
- Published: 05 October, 2007
Equipment company Thompson has launched a new mixer-grinder.
The stainless steel 900 Omega is based on the original 900, but is more compact, more economical and can be plugged into a domestic socket. Comprising forward and reversing mixing paddles, it also has a 'reversing worm', which runs backwards during the mixing cycle to ensure product does not go in to the worm. The 900 Omega can mix batch sizes from 10kg to 60kg.
