Urschel's new cutter

 - Published:  30 March, 2007

On Urschel's large stand the team was displaying the brand new version of its M6 cutting machine, which is designed for dicing, strip-cutting and shredding fresh and frozen meat. Neal Bateman, regional sales manager for Urschel, said the machine had prompted plenty of enquiries. The machine now has an integrated electrical enclosure and a stainless steel motor, but the most noticeable change is the fact that all safety guards are now hinged, which means panels no longer have to be placed on the floor. This makes the machine easier to clean, while maintenance and servicing is simpler.
