Musgrave Budgens Londis invest £2.5m in specialist trailers
Musgrave Budgens Londis is investing more than £2.5m in 46 new temperature controlled Gray & Adams trailers, which will help to serve Budgens and Londis stores throughout the country.
MBL, part of the Musgrave group serves over 2,000 independent retailers across Great Britain.
The 46 trailers from Gray & Adams range from 13.6m tandem axle trailers with fixed longitudinal spines, Ross & Bonnyman retractable tail lifts and Carrier vector dual temp fridges, to 11.5m command steer trailers with sliding spines.
Complete with the reassurance of dedicated after sales support and comprehensive repair and refurbishment facilities, MBL are confident the latest investment will significantly assist the expansion of the group.
A spokesman for the company said the investment in the trailers would play a vital role in MBL's development of an industry-leading supply chain that supported the group's position as a supporter of the independent retailer.
