Baader introduces New grinding application
German equipment company Baader has added a grinding application to its multi-function meat processing unit. The added function means it is now possible to de-sinew meat directly after the cutting process.
Because of the direct transfer, there is no contact with the air, which means no contamination takes place, said the company. This also means a longer shelf-life. It ensures a rise in temperature of less than 1°C during processing and, with
the new grinding application,
it can also de-sinew partially frozen meat.
It is compact, which means the application can be used in even a very small facility. "This combination guarantees extremely hygienic processing, high throughput rates, minimum temperature increase during processing and excellent product quality," said Baader.
