Hilton Food Group

Hilton Food Group, one of Europe's leading meat processing and packaging companies, has just invested in an expansion programme to establish state-of-the-art processing facilities in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden and Poland.

As part of this, they have bought weigh-labelling machinery from AEW Delford Systems.

Delford 8060 Weigh Price Labelling systems have been installed on the sliced meat lines and operate at 60 trays a minute, but high-speed Delford 8100 systems, which are fitted to the minced meat lines, handle up to 120 trays a minute.

The latest lines for Hilton are increasingly spohisticated, said AEW Delford, featuring top and base labelling, integral metal detection and complex data management and communication systems.
