No more leaks

The Leak-Master detection system for packaging can be easily integrated into the production line and tests for faulty, broken packaging.

In addition to checking large boxes and outer packaging, individual packaging can also be tested for leaks in order to save money as only rejected packs need be repacked.

Behind this advance in productivity is a new in-feed, consisting of two synchronised conveyor belts. The measurement chamber has also been redesigned. This and other modifications have made the unit more compact.

The length is approximately 1.8m so retrofitting is no longer a problem with the majority of production lines. There is no need to worry about bottlenecks: with up to 15 cycles a minute the new Leak-Master is fast. This means it is possible to carry out automatic quality control on the entire production line.
