Checkweigher with network capability
The LCW Checkweigher range from Loma features a PC-based interface, which is capable of being networked to plant automation systems via industry standard Ethernet cabling.
Loma claimed the LCW's interface is easy to use, with a multi-lingual touch screen with icons, reducing the need for technically experienced operatives.
The checkweigher has a weighing capability of up to 3kg and includes a complete range of application driven systems. According to Loma, the accuracy is enhanced by proven loadcell technology coupled with digital filtering software that maintains stability over extremes of temperature and humidity.
LCW checkweighers are manufactured from locally sourced and readily available components. In addition, the equipment is designed to meet Underwriters Laboratories approval, ensuring the checkweighers meet the highest electrical standards.
