Ishida QX-1100 tray-sealer

The new Ishida QX-1100 tray-sealer is capable of sealing up to 200 trays a minute, which according to its manufacturer, makes it the fastest twin lane tray-sealer in the industry.
Features such as fast-tooling changeover, gentle-product handling, compact dimensions and low running costs offer an excellent return on floor space, according to Ishida, and deliver well-presented packs to supermarket shelves.
Features include a product-recognition camera so rejected packs can be removed prior to sealing, saving film and allowing trays to be re-used where possible.
