IN FROM THE COLD

A refrigeration brand has been brought in from the cold after Phoenix Retail Services announced it is the new UK distributor for Trimco's refrigerated display units. The firm will be using the Scottish foodservice and hospitality exhibition, ScotHot, which runs from 26-28 February in Glasgow, to show some of Trimco's counters. Brabant delicatessen counters and the Isabel line, which includes a serve-over and an upright counter, will be two of the brands on display.
