The new Formatic R2200 burger machine is designed for the butcher to take the strain and work out of burger making. The manufacturer guarantees accurate forming and portioning and claim it can cope with different weights and shapes. The paper attachment automatically papers the burgers and there is an easy load cartridge and adjustable paper positioning.

It is also easy to clean due to the fact the hopper, drum and conveyor are removable. The machine produces up to 2,000 burgers an hour papered and ready to sell or freeze. It is available on special offer from Windsor Food Machinery for £3,999. A welcome additon to many butchers' shops.
