A new Schroeder Imax injector from Interfood Technology has been installed at Denhay Farms.
A new Schroeder Imax injector from Interfood Technology has been installed at Denhay Farms at its Honiton bacon production facility. The equipment offers precision injecting for boneless or bone-in meat, ensuring a uniform and consistent distribution of brine. Jim Loescher, operations director at the factory, said: "It provides very accurate injection rates."
