Hubbard Ice Systems

has launched

upgraded versions of its Scotsman MAR range of industrial scale ice machines.

The new icemakers have production rates of up to 2,465kg of scale ice per day and are designed for commercial and industrial applications, including meat processing.

The new upgrades are mostly associated with the MAR controls and are designed to enhance safety and machine reliability. Scale ice, traditionally used by the fishing industry, is now increasingly

being applied in meat processing.
