Ishida Europe will be displaying a fully automated solution for packing meat into trays at Foodex/Meatex.

The company will demonstrate its latest Retail Ready Line (RRL) that covers the entire product portioning, weighing and packing process.

The Retail Ready Line can be tailored to precise customer requirements and provides a fully integrated weighing, packing and quality control process, comprising equipment that includes a tray denester, two filling stations using a Marel portioning machine and an Ishida Fresh Food Weigher (FFW), checkweigher, tray sealer, metal detector, weigh-price labeller, automatic label inspection system and a pick-and-place case packer.
