Measuring device

manufacturer Ebro Electronics has been bought from parent company KPS by Nova Analytics Corporation.
The deal, which was completed on 15 November, is part of Nova Analytics' strategy of taking over leading manufacturers.
Ebro Electronics is known for its handheld measuring devices and dataloggers, which measure variables such as temperature, pressure, humidity and pH value, and have applications in the
food industry.
They monitor refrigerated transports and check cleaning, sterilising, and pasteurising processes in the food production and beverage industries.
