Are you running an award-winning store but not getting the recognition you deserve?
Well, now you can change all that by entering the Meat Trades Journal's Butcher's Shop of the Year Awards.
Open to butchers from all over the UK, categories will include:
Scottish Butcher's Shop of the Year
Northern Ireland Butcher's Shop of the Year
Welsh Butcher's Shop of the Year
Northern England Butcher's Shop of the Year
Midlands & East Butcher's Shop of the Year
Southern Butcher's Shop of the Year
Farm Shop of the Year
An overall winner will then be decided on 7 November at Claridges, London, from each of these categories and named the UK's Butcher's Shop of the Year 2006. The awards are supported by EBLEX, BPEX, the Danish Bacon and Meat Council, Weddel Swift and Harmony Farm, Lucas Ingredients and HCC - Meat Promotion Wales.
