As part of the EBLEX Autumn/winter marketing campaign the latest edition of this popular six-monthly publication is packed full of mouth-watering, wholesome dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients.

Tuck-in 12 has a selection of midweek and weekend options to satisfy appetites of all ages. These, plus many other delicious recipes can also be simply downloaded from www.tuck-in.com or sent free of charge through calling a local charge number.

Offering a selection of fifteen easy to prepare dishes from delicious Sunday roasts to quick weekday suppers, many of the dishes can also be prepared in advance, helping us to get the most out of the shorter days.
