Naomi Waite head of marketing at LMC comments: "This concentrated poster campaign is designed to inspire and motivate consumers to buy lamb on the run-up to Christmas. Christmas is a time of celebration and what better way to celebrate than with a tasty, succulent and wholesome lamb joint served up of course with all the trimmings."

Over 400 butchers' shops throughout Northern Ireland will receive the posters and if consumers should want further recipe information they should log onto www.lmcni.com
