Butcher caught out

An Oxford Butcher who dumped wastee meat into a neighbours garden ended up being fined £700. Alias Hussain of Pak Halal, Cowley, was caught out when health officers investigating complaints decided to look inside the store.

An Oxford Butcher who dumped waste meat into a neighbours garden ended up being fined £700. Alias Hussain of Pak Halal, Cowley, was caught out when health officers investigating complaints decided to look inside the store.

Hussain was subsequently arrested by police for selling meat unfit for human consumption.

He admitted breaches of the Food Safety Act before Oxford magistrates
