Battle of the butchers

A BATTLE of the Butchers competition is set to test the innovative flair of independent traders all over Wales in a Hybu Cig Cymru/ Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) organised event.
The awards in Innovation and Excellence in Meat Products, is an annual HCC competition, giving butchers the chance to demonstrate and promote the range of products they produce.
The North Wales heat takes place at the North Wales Conference Centre, Llandudno on Wednesday, March 8. The South Wales heat will be held at the Tower Hotel, Swansea on Wednesday, April 5, 2006.
