Lucas Ingredients launches new sausage flavours

Lucas Ingredients has recently launched five new flavours to their range of Butcher’s Classic Sausage Mixes.

The new flavours include improved recipes for pork & apple and pork & chive mixes, in addition to contemporary mixes for chilli & coriander, cajun and smokey barbecue sausage mix. All ingredients comply with the 2010 Department of Health regulations on salt levels and does not contain MSG.

For the time being, Lucas Ingredients is offering consumers a trial pack, including all new flavours in their new range for Ł10 per pack. This is encouraging butchers to make trial batches for customers to try.
