Deko joins Parkers

The Deko 800s, previously known as the Berkel 800, is a gravity-feed slicing machine that promises “the perfect slice”. The product presses itself against the blade, making for safe and easy slicing, and Parker claims that it can handle large quantities even at high speed. It can produce even slices from wafer-thin to 32mm thick and handle nearly every type of meat. The slicer is made completely from stainless steel and is equipped with a meat carriage, which can be lifted to remove. It has been designed to comply with EU regulations.
