Pig and Poultry Fair: dates announced
The Pig and Poultry Fair is set to return to Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire on 15 and 16 May 2012.
Organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE), the event will see more than 250 exhibitors showing the latest products and services to pig, poultry and egg producers and members of the supply chain. The event is free to entry.
Sponsor ABN will be hosting a series of forums focusing on helping producers with raw material procurement and risk management, while RASE will be calling on visitors to champion British pork and poultry in order to encourage shoppers to choose British.
More details of the initiative and how people can get involved will be released in the coming months.
Sarah Hemming, head of marketing at ABN, said: “The fair is an ideal opportunity for producers to really get to grips with the issues that will be affecting them and their businesses over the coming years.”
