Man dies at Paisley abattoir

A man has died after being crushed by a falling carcase at an abattoir in Paisley.
The incident occurred at Sandyford Abattoir on Thursday. The unnamed 23-year-old was rushed to the Royal Alexandra hospital, but died shortly afterwards from his injuries.
The incident is being investigated by police and the Health and Safety Executive.
