Audio: London butchers the focus for BBC radio

Butchers were in the spotlight ahead of MTJ's Butcher's Shop of the Year Awards last week on BBC Radio London.
Lunchtime presenter Robert Elms decided to devote his entire show to the craft of butchery, celebrating the benefits butchers bring to the culture of London.
