Game-to-Eat supports charity dinner
Game promotion body Game-to-Eat is supporting a charity dinner to be held in aid of ABF The Soldier’s Charity and The Clink Charity on Tuesday 22nd at the Maze Inn, Southgate, London.
TV chef and Chef Patron of Café Spice Namaste, Cyrus Todiwala, has produced a five-course menu of pan-Indian dishes for the event, using seasonal partridge, pheasant and rabbit donated by Game-to-Eat. Game dishes on the menu include spicy Pheasant and Partridge Chilli Fry served with lentil and rice pancake and a yogurt-marinated rabbit dish flavoured with chilli, garlic and ginger.
Tickets to the evening cost £60pp and include the meal and a glass of bubbly, with proceeds going to two worthwhile charities – The Clink, which helps to rehabilitate ex-offenders and ABF The Soldier’s Charity, which provides financial assistance to soldiers and their families in need. A fundraising auction will also take place on the night.
Alexia Robinson of Game-to-Eat said: “We are delighted to help support such a great cause. Cyrus can work culinary magic with game and Indian spices, so the guests attending will have a truly mouth-watering experience. We wish the event lots of success.”
