Places available for traceability conference
Places are still available for the The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology’s (SOFHT) Traceability Conference & Exhibition on 13 October 2011.
The conference will cover the latest development in areas such as Country of Origin Labelling (COOL), beef labelling, allergens, animal diseases and GM. It will examine the current legal requirements for traceability and provide practical examples of how to ensure labelling is accurate.
