2 Sisters not the only assured source

In the latest issue of Meat Trades Journal, I read with interest the report calling for the poultry industry to avoid focusing on niche premium products or risk ceding mainstream production to overseas producers 'Mainstream focus needed for poultry'.

In particular, my attention was drawn to comments made by Philip Wilkinson, who believes that only 2 Sisters offers poultry to organic, Freedom Foods and Assured Food Standards specifications. I would like to assure him that he is not alone.
