TV tricks are a price worth paying
I just felt I wanted to make a comment on your article in last month's MTJ Extra, entitled TV Show Returns.
In defence of the previous show's judges, you will find in Yorkshire that sweetbreads are classed as both testicles and throat breads.
I also have to say that on the whole the programme was very good for the butchery trade. Anything that puts our industry forward into the spotlight is a good thing. However, we will just have to accept that TV producers always twist things to make the show more dramatic or put their slant on things. Following the airing of the last show, many of our customers commented on how they liked it.
PS, in the same issue of MTJ Extra, who was that handsome fellow with the chicken...
