Cooked poultry specialist Kookaburra Foods has completed commissioning of the first BOC Cryoline Super Contact freezer installed in the UK at its Peterlee factory. Kookaburra's new freezer uses a disposable plastic film, travelling through a conventional freezing tunnel. As the belt is disposable, the freezer can be easily cleaned at the end of production, said the firm.
