Organics ‘have turned corner’ says Soil Association

 - Published:  08 April, 2010

Sales of organic products are on the rise again after a difficult period, according to the Soil Association.

Finn Cottle, Soil Association trade director, said: “The double-digit growth years may be over, but the good news is that the data on organic sales already confirms that a corner has been turned and the dip of 2009 has ended.”

The comments come ahead of the release of the Soil Association’s annual report, due to be released during Natural & Organic Products Europe 2010, at London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre, on 12 April.

Natural & Organic Products Europe is a UK trade event, featuring over 500 exhibitors of natural and organic products.
