Invoice software gives staff a break
Irish meat wholesaler McArdle Meats has found that a state-of-the-art accountancy software has eased the pressure on administration staff, following a period of growth.
Accounts personnel had to re-key basic invoice data into its accountancy software, meaning literally hundreds of invoices had to be processed per week.
After working with Glenrothes-based software solutions provider Infoplex and its TASflex programme, invoices generated from the weighing and labelling terminal are now automatically posted into the TAS Sales Ledger without manual intervention.
