Sillfield Farm tops Time Out best butcher list

Five London butchers have been chosen as unmissable meat venues in the capital, “away from the vac-packed, anonymous experience of shopping in supermarkets”, according to Time Out.

The Sillfield Farm stall at Borough Market leads the way, followed by A Dove & Son in Battersea as the places to go for “top-quality produce, knowledgeable service and a guarantee of provenance”.

The Ginger Pig and Holland Park’s C Lidgate come next, the latter described by Time Out as “West London’s premier butcher”,

The final place goes to M Moen & Sons in Clapham, where “some of the best organic and free-range meats in London” can be bought.
