Food issues under scrutiny at Cranfield

Current issues in the food industry will be put under the spotlight during a free half-day event at Cranfield University. Sessions will be delivered by expert academics from Cranfield Health and Cranfield School of Management.

The event, aimed at those that work in the food industry, offers the opportunity to consider the latest issues and developments affecting food supply in the company of like-minded professionals. The event will include an opportunity to tour Cranfield Health’s state-of-the-art laboratories.

Cranfield Health is an internationally recognised research institution that works closely with government agencies, research councils, major manufacturing companies and major retailers, undertaking world-class research in the areas of food security and nutrition. The event will be held on 17 March from 2pm in the University’s Vincent Building.
