Register for free EBLEX promotion kits

Butchers can now register for free point-of-sale promotional kits from EBLEX and start reaping the rewards.

The promotional kit, designed to help drive sales of beef and lamb throughout the year, will be distributed free of charge to all butchers who sign up. The range of kits, which contain posters and recipe leaflets, regularly inspire customers to try different beef and lamb cuts, leading to increased demand and profit.

Retail sector manager for EBLEX Mike Whittemore said: "Butchers have nothing to lose. The kits are completely free and feedback has shown that the promotional material plays a valuable role in increasing interest in - and sales of - beef and lamb.

"The kits are available to all independent retail butchers in England; not just to members of the EBLEX Quality Standard Scheme. However, even if you've previously registered, you must re-register if you want to continue to receive these valuable kits during 2008. Pre-paid application forms have already been distributed, so you just need to complete the form and return it to us - it's as simple as that!"
