Scottish venison firm expands range

Highland Game has expanded its range of venison at wholesale chain Costco. The Dundee-based company has launched a range of diced venison cuts, along with its prize-winning fillet, at 10 of Costco's top warehouses in the UK.
Christian Nissen, Highland Game owner and MD, said: “We are delighted that our quality fillet and diced venison are being stocked within such a large outlet as Costco. We are thrilled with the success of the fillet and that it has returned to Costco stores due to the demand from their customers.
“The fillet is perfect for hosting a dinner party or Sunday lunch, while the diced meat is ideal for family dishes and cooking big batches in advance for entertaining, such as stews, pies, casserole, goulash or curries.”
Highland Game supplies wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, delicatessens and private customers throughout the UK.
