Allen Coding bolsters printers
Hitachi Continuous Inkjet Printers are to be distributed by Allen Coding Systems.
As part of the agreement, Allen Coding will sell the complete range of the printers, designed for accurate reproduction of text, graphics and variable data, such as product identification, directly on to uneven or flexible substrates, including food, glass, plastics, metal and rubber. The printers provide high-speed printing of up to 700 metres per minute, as well as superior print-head technology for stable drop placement and print quality, said the company.
The continuous inkjet printers include Hitachi's flagship PXR Series. Each model features a TFT touch-screen control panel with full-colour display. The controls are housed in an ergonomically designed stainless steel cabinet, capable of handling harsh industrial environments and deep cleaning regimes.
