BMPA man to join Randall Parker
British Meat Processors Association (BMPA) bosses were back on the recruitment trail as news broke that a second member of staff will be crossing over to industry.
Phil Hambling, food policy manager with the BMPA, is to join Randall Parker at the end of the month. Hambling is the second senior team member to leave the organisation in recent months, following the departure of director Stuart Roberts to join ABP.
Hambling said: "Being at the BMPA has been a hugely rewarding experience, working closely with so many in the industry on the array of issues and challenges facing the meat industry today. It is an organisation that has enormous respect and I'm proud to have been part of such a professional team."
Stephen Rossides, who took over as director of the BMPA in December, said: "We're very sorry to be losing Phil Hambling, who has given such solid service to the BMPA. We will be seeking to recruit a replacement as soon as possible."
