    Q I have recently added a hot counter selling beef, pork, hot pot and so on. It has gone down better than I expected and now, pensioners are asking if I will deliver a hot dinner to them, as they do not come out shopping every day. Is there any difference in them collecting their dinner from me in the shop or me delivering it to them? JH
