Training
The need for well-educated and qualified people in the meat industry is probably greater now than it has ever been. Four levels of Scottish/National Vocational Qualification in meat are available from entry to managerial grade while modern apprenticeships are also offered. On the technical front an HND in meat technology and Msc in meat science can be obtained.
